We Offer Free Shipping on All Products for Pre-paid Orders Only!

No Returns, No Refunds. Under standard circumstances, we do not accept returns, and refunds are not issued.

If you find yourself in a unique circumstance that you believe warrants an exception to our no-return policy, here's how to proceed: 

Contact our dedicated customer support team at support@izodiac.in . Explain your situation, including your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. 

Our team will carefully assess your case and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for return, we will process the refund in the form of store credits.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Izodiac's Exchange Policy?

Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?

Please mail us at support@izodiac.in  in case of any issue and you will need to provide images of the area and product.
