Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within our delivery areas for online payments. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping charges will be applicable.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@izodiac.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed. Shipping costs for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

No Returns, No Refunds. Under standard circumstances, we do not accept returns, and refunds are not issued.

If you find yourself in a unique circumstance that you believe warrants an exception to our no-return policy, here's how to proceed: 

Contact our dedicated customer support team at support@izodiac.in . Explain your situation, including your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. 

Our team will carefully assess your case and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for return, we will process the refund in the form of store credits.
